“We were excited to do the tour, and then when we arrived someone climbed the tower and thus we were unable to visit the Eiffel Tower. “The Gaudi Houses are very interesting and beautiful, if one was interested in art, architecture and design concepts. It was a 3-hour long, walking and short underground train tour, between the Houses. It included walking in La Rambla, a long street with a shopping market of sorts, and many narrow side lanes with shops and turns. One should enjoy all the walking and taking in the vastly colorful sights and sounds along the way. It would have been better to include a short coffee/sangria break somewhere, with some tapa or muffin, to introduce the local culture somewhat, especially to newbies in town?”
